Location

The Residence de Snow is located in the heart of Avoriaz, very close (within 50 yards) to bars, restaurants, night clubs, supermarkets and shops, but the apartment itself is on the other side of the building and faces away from the noise of late night revellers.

The apartment is ski-in and ski out with immediate access to the piste on the doorstep. This is particular advantage for families with chidren as there are no buses to get to the pistes and no carrying of skis and long walks in ski boots. It also suites those individuals who want to ski for a full day.

The resort is car free and is particularly suited to families with differing ski abilities. The 'Village des Enfants' (Children's Ski school) is 50 yards away and for nursery age children, you can walk/ski to the nursery, pick the child up and walk/ ski back to the apartment! For adults there is the Avoriaz Alpine Ski School based on the plateau.

317 Residence de Snow is a studio apartment which sleeps up to 4 people in a very quiet section of the building. It has two double bed-settees and a balcony with views up the to Pas d'Chavanettes.

The apartment consists of a dining area, and a lounge area with 2 bed settees which convert into beds at night-time.

The mini kitchen has two electric hobs, and a combination grill/microwave cooker. There is a sink, a drainer and fridge. There are plenty of utensils and pans for 4 people to cook for themselves. The dining area is a standard table with chairs/stools.

The bathroom consists of toilet, wash basin, and shower over a full length bath. There is also a bathroom heater.

There is a wall mounted Cable TV with a DVD player together with a small selection of DVDs. If required additional children's DVDs could be supplied and there is a hire shop in the resort. If you like to read, there are also plenty of books available, ranging from romance to mysteries and thrillers.

There are new IKEA cupboards and a small wardrobe for clothing and a storage area for skis/boards with more space available on the balcony if required.
