Booking Conditions

Bookings over Christmas / New Year will not be accepted for less than a full week. Please use the contact form for further enquiries.

Full Holiday Booking Terms

In order to confirm your booking you are required to pay a deposit of 20.00%. Bookings must be settled in full at least 60 days prior to the arrival date. If we have not received a deposit or full payment 7 days after the booking is created your booking will be cancelled.
Property servicing includes: Property preparation - placing of linen and towels; making beds; arrival meet and greet; key handover; directions to the property, and on departure; property check, key retrieval, property cleaning, removal of linen and laundering. (we expect that the property is left in a similar condition as found, additional charges can be levied for remedial work).
