The apartment is ski-in and ski-out with immediate access to the ski-lifts on the doorstep, so no buses or carrying skis. this is ideal for those who want to get out of the village to the quieter areas and ski for the whole day with the lifts opening at 8:45.

The apartment is located in the Hauts Forts area of Avoriaz, close to the medical centre and 10 minutes away from the Place Centrale with its supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants. The resort itself is car free and well suited to people of all skiing abilities.

The apartment is equipped with tv/dvd, films, and hairdryer.

The bathroom comprises toilet, hand basin and shower. Heating is provided by an underfloor heating system throughout the apartment.

There is a mini-kitchen complete with double hob, fridge and sink/drainer. There is everything you need to cater for yourself.
