The apartment is a studio apartment which has just been fully refurbished to a high standard and sleeps 2 persons and has a double sofa bed.

The apartment is ski-in and ski out with immediate access to lifts on the doorstep. This is a particular advantage as there are no buses to get to the pistes and no carrying of skis and long walks in ski boots. It also suites those individuals who want to ski for a full day from when the pistes open at 8.30 in the morning.

The Apartment is located in the Hauts-Fortes area of Avoriaz, near the medical centre and 5-10 minutes away from the Place Centrale with its bars, restaurants, night clubs, supermarkets and shops. The resort itself is car free and is particularly suited to families with differing ski abilities. The 'village Des Enfants' (Children's Ski school) is 5-10 minutes away.

The apartment is equipped with TV/DVD player, films, games and hairdryer.

The bathroom comprises toilet, wash basin and shower. Heating is provided by an under floor heating system.

There is mini-kitchen complete with 2 hobs, drainer and fridge. There are enough utensils and pans etc for 2 people to cook for themselves for a full week.
