Sassanka is situated on the Boulevard des Skieurs, just 100 metres from the top of the Cable Car (Telepherique) from Morzine/Prodains. It's about as convenient as can be for getting straight out onto the slopes, and a ski locker at the bottom of the building means there's no lugging skis around at the end of the day.

The entrance to 39 Sassanka is on the 7th floor of the building, where there is room for ski boots and coats, etc. There is a spiral staircase up to the living space on the next floor above, which has been completely refurbished with new carpets and tiles throughout, a new kitchen, bathroom, shower room and separate toilet. There are two bedrooms; one double, and one single. The split level living room consists of the kitchen and dining area (seating for 6), with a step up to the sitting area, where there are three sofas/single beds and a flat screen TV. There's also wi-fi internet in the apartment. The sitting area leads to a south-west facing balcony which has wonderful views down to Morzine, and great sunsets!

For trips into Avoriaz, the Sassanka apartment block has another entrance at the top of the building which is a short walk (less than 5 minutes) into the village, and if you can’t manage that, there’s a restaurant (Le Crepy) less than 100 metres away.
